Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy from the delivery date of your order.
If 60 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition you received it
To start a return, please contact us first through our Contact Page. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you if the issue is our responsibility.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in original condition
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 60 days from delivery
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming we’ve received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund
